Weekly Backups

Still, configuring an auto backup solution is quite challenging. For this reason, our company offers you our Managed Services deal – we will maintain a complete backup copy of your Linux VPS server, not only of your web sites and hosted content, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, saving all the customizations that you’ve made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Plan, you have total freedom to install any script or service on your it. Still, certain scripts are harder to install and may require some additional setup from you. That is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It features half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – it means that you will be able to literally employ one of our well–trained server admins for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software package that you need. Alternatively have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and it is an add–on for our KVM VPS Plans.
